Micromax Handset Not Received After Given For Repairing
I have given my handset Q1 for reparing it to 
iya Service Center, Surendranagar vide job card no. 1811636 on dtd. 0906/2011. To days july 12 ,2011. More than one month passed yet I not recd. my handset.when I inquired about my handset at service center they reply me that ” we send to company but company not reponse to us”. I cannot understand who is responsible for this delay. it is very very poor service for custmer like me. Please iuquired inthis job personally and do the needful as early as possible because I vey suffered without my phone. Hope for your prompt service and response. With regards… (D.k.Shah)
