Misscommitment At The Time Of Taking Connection About Wi-Fi Charges

Commited earlier at the time of applicition so I made a complaint earlier through phone to get deactivated my service and to pay my Rs : 1000/- which was taken for the connection . The c care executive insure me to solve my problame by providing my the Wi Fi system and said me that some one from there end will call me or the connection charges will be returend . Now after these conversation 10 to 12 days have been passed not a single phone call from your end have come to resolve the matter . Kindly solve my issue or to arrange my Connection charges back to me. From the day of activation not a single time I can used your service. If these is your service then sorry to say that I can’t sustain more. And if my deposit will not be refund or my issue is not been solved than I will make a complaint in consumer fourm also and to the nodal team too. to solve my problame by providing my the Wi Fi system and said me that some one from there end will call me or the connection charges will be returend .
