MNP Rejected Loop Not Releasing Port

I applied for MNP from Loop to Vodafone on 15th Feb 2011 , till date Loop has not released my port to vodafone.I have all my bills clear.Vodafone has tried to submit port out request twice & I have visited the Loop Gallery twice for the same , but every time they reject the port request giving some or the other reasons.The customer care executive says that it will be done in 2 days , but it never happens.They dont want the customer to leave , and are now offering new packages when we want to leave the network.This is ridiculous.I have been using this number since almost 12 years now.They have never satisfied me in terms of bill plans , network coverage or any other services of theirs.

    I am also the victim of same MNP related problem created by Loop Mobile; we all should file P.I.L. in Mumbai high court about such malpractice adopted by mobile service provider such as Loop Mobile

    Kindly note that the users of our (141) Vodafone CUG Numbers have sent porting request between 20th and 27th of June, 2011 and obtained their respective request reference nos.

    But each and every user instead of acceptance of Porting Out got request rejection SMS showing same reason “The Number or Range is in Contractual Obligations.”

    At the same time Airtel too have sent SMS stating that Vodafone has denied request of porting out to each and every Vodafone CUG Users. 

    Secondly, for your information and records we broach here that there is no outstanding or payment stands due from our side as far as monthly bills are concerned.
    Thirdly, please note that already 7 days have passed by now. Let us know what is to be done at the moment.

    In conclusion, we wish to give a mention here that we find no interest to avai Vodafone Services any longer.

    Hence, please look into and confirm acceptance especially by return mail otherwise we shall have no alternative but to refer it to TRAI for seeking their guidance and appropriate action .

    I had applied MY Company paid account(141 numbers) for MNP vodafone on Date:.28/6/ 2011 to Airtel whereas the request has been denied five time by Vodafone citing contractual obligations.

    I have visited 2 times the Vodafone stores but I m not getting solution.. I m totally fed up.. My request has been denied thrice by Vodafone citing contractual obligations.

    @@@ They r trying to full me they says ur Numbers in cug grope first u convert all number in retail plan then your port-out will success!!!
    This is totally wrong….

    someone help on the same .. I am ready to pull Vodafone to the consumer court and bring them to books for pure case of harassment .. just tell me the procedure for the same…
