I have just migrated my reliance number ( 9336249291) to Airtel, After a period of 7 days I beacame a airtel subscriber but I didn’t get the promised tariff of Rs. 118 valid for 3 months. Now about 15 days has been passed away but I didn;t get the benefit. My customer care/ compliant no. 121/198 doesn;t work properly. PLease do the needful.
