Complaint: Modern Super Market,Siddharthanagar,Vijayawada is a prominent super market in Vijayawada and I am a regular customer to this super market.Here grossary items & vegetables are sold in sealed packet.Packets of grossary items like sugar etc do not have any packing date & weight.Packets of vegetables have only the price.
Today I was trying to purchase one pkt of potato from the said super market and I picked one pkt which had contained one or two rotten potatos and asked one of the salesman what to do.He did not give me any affirmative reply.When I said that I should make a complaint ,that person asked me to do so.I ask myself is there any govermental agency who will listen to me and take appropriate action against the firm.
