On 6th January, 2012 I requested Airtel to install broad band connection in my home by paying 800 rupees to an Agent. Till now they have not provide the connection. I called MR Kalyan (9949011296) more than 300 times to him. Many times he even did not lift the phone. I requested him in all ways. But no result I found. He keeps on postponing by saying today evening or tomorrow morning like that.
As internet connection is not available I was unable to put reply for many important mails .Due that I lost very good opportunities in my career. Still I requested him many time to establish connection in my home. Today I called him more than 50 times but he did not lift the call. I completely fed up with these people. And I decided not to take broadband connection from Airtel. Kindly send back my money as I don’t want connection from you. My CEF no is HY410304.
