MTS DataCard Fake Promotional Offers
As per SMS received from MTS to get double data benifit with 10 days extra validity on data recharge on 1st Nov 2011. I recharge my MBlez with Rs248/- on 1st Nov 2011 but till now I couldnot get benifit of said offer.
1. When I contact on 1st Nov 2011 with your customer care executive he said I will get this with in 48 Hrs.
2. After 48 hrs spent on 3rd Nov 2011; I again contact with your customer care and she noted my complaint and said with in 8 hr I will resolve my issue. After few hrs I got a call and executiive said my prepaid card is postpaid card so my recharge is wrong. When I asked him its prepaid then he asked me to call back again after some time but no show till now.
3. Again on 4th Nov 2011; when I contact for status on ur cutomer care they said there is no complaint noted what silly executives you have and I again asked him to note my complaint. After 3hrs one of executive called me and said this offer data will not show in my balance but you data card with work automatically. Again a silly answer without adding data in my balance how system will know?
4. In between I written 2-3 complaint mail but no care for this also. At last I got a silly reply that offer was till 31st Oct 2011 so I could not get this extra benifit.
While read their SMS
“MTS Diwali Offer! Recharge ur Mblaze Data Card with Rs 198,248 or 348 and Get Double Benifit with 10 Days extra Validity! Benifit will be given on 01st Nov 11.”
Hope MTS offers are fake or they are making fool to their customers.
Please check for such cheating.
