Naaptol – Delivered Faulty Product
Sir, I purchased a TCL DV710 Handicam,It was delivered faulty,Not having any back up of battery ,I request you to ensure a fast replacement of the product with a correct quality what was assured to the customer on initial deal.
I have returned the product to Naaptol through blue dart . My order no is 627831 and AWB# 12848884646 is the no of blue dart. The product has reached to Naap tol.
The product delivered to me was faulty .It need to be ensured by the company to give correct and fault free product in first deal it self.
