Never Choose Airtel for your Business.. Read our Experience
We took Airtel PRI connection from Airtel last month. They provided us the number range for 50 lines. Based on which we did our promotions. Later they gave us a temporary number with a commitment to reinstate the original number with in a week. Since then it is 3 weeks passed and there is no response or any communication from Airtel.
Though we tried many people at Airtel all are fake and ignore our calls. They don’t have courtesy to respond to our emails or phone calls.

Jestin (Airtel Employee reporting to Suresh)
Vasu (Airtel’s Sales Partner. Some private company.)
Best of all we contacted Customer Care on email (121@aritel.in). No use.
We don’t know who is the responsible person and where to escalate. No one is ready to help the customer.
We have clear email evidence for the commitments Airtel gave us in the initial email.
We thought Airtel would be professional but now we are totally disappointed.
We can accept some tolerance of 1 or 2 days due to some technical problems. But 3 weeks is something cheating the clients. We are not able to receive any business calls and we are not able to share our numbers with any of our clients. The invoice date has come and we need to pay without even using the service.
Airtel, didn’t hear our voice because we are “just” customers. So we are the last preference or even may not be. Hope they will at least respond to the voice of the public forum.
