Nexengg Consultancy Refuse to Pay Salary
Complaint Details
I have joined this company in Feb.2011 as a Computer Operator at the fixed salary of Rs.10,000 per month. At the time of joining the company manager give several fake commitments regarding job timings, monthly holidays, type of works which I had to do etc. But the company do not fulfill any of their commitments. There is no time table here and not any kind of holidays, even Sundays are also working days.
I have worked here one month also on Sundays. But unfortunately my grandfather has expired on 7th March & I have to go to my home for the cremation purpose.
I had intimate to my office for this and ask for the leave. The manager agreed on that time.
But when I returned from home and go to office to join and to get my salary for the month of Feb. the manager turned back and refuse to give the salary. He told me that in my absence their work has affected so no salary will be paid to you.
I am in the trouble.g please help me.
