No Credit For Recharge on RELIANCE GSM

I recharged my mobile ac on 21 st Jan 11, with Rs. 51, This amount debit from my account but my mobile not recharge, when i complain at reliance customer care, they answered “transaction not found at our end. Hence, we would request you to check with the respective bank for further assistance.”
But i am helpless. Pls help me. Transaction detail mentioned below.
