No installation of Connection After Payment
I have purchase a new Airtel Digital TV HD conenction for Rs 2199 on 24th Dec , 2011 from airtel customer support . I have talked to Mr Krishna (airtel support executive) and he convinced me to that they will installed the connection on the next day of purchase, but till now i haven’t recieved any call or response from their side. I have been chasing them regurlarly (7-8 times a day) and everytime time they promised me to call back in 15 min but till now i didn’t get any call. This is not expected from a large company like Airtel to take Payment and then make fool of the customers.
