No Network or Total Signal Loss in Airtel Wireless Broadband Service

I had bought a Aitel 3G USB Modem and taken a connection for Number 9901938585. But from the time of purchase i have been facing connection problem since there is no network in our area (Viveknagar, Neelasandra, Vannarpet Layout). Even though i have lodged several complaints, so far no action is taken by the concerned authorities. We are not able to browse of check mail at the time of emergencies. I have lodged many complaints but all the deaf ears.

As Airtel being largest network with the introduction of 3G USB modems with speeds up to 7.2 Mbps. Is this only a advetisement or reality. Then prove it in my locality. Many dealers find it shameful to market this product as they cant give false assurances.

I find it shameful to read the big hoardings put up in our area regarding airtel 3G network.

I hope there will be a immediate action taken to provide us with 3G network in our area with full signals.

I request you to take full control in solving the above matter.
