This is the best AIRTEL service I have ever got”

I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND MY SARCASM!!!!

I am copying all the email I have sent and got reply on, well quite frankly I will have to say that the Airtel service is “CRAP”. More like stealing money!!!

The amazing part is that I have a Airtel postpaid connection which I am planning to disconnect due to the type of serivce I am facing.

I would like to get my money back regarding the broadband connection as seen in the Service request below AND I DO NOT WANT THE CONNECTION:

I am totally frustrated regarding the response I am getting. The coonection was supposed to be cancelled by 15 July 2011 being thw worst case scenario and it has still not been done.

You have a SALES TEAM, TECHNICAL TEAM , CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM ETC. and none of them are able to communicate with each other. I want a direct number to contact contact you people who could get this done

And you never get a call back. I cannot understand this, are YOU PEOPLE SO BUSY OR YOU JUST DO NOT WANT TO GIVE MONEY AFTER TAKING IT.

If you donot have a connection in the first place why did you cash the cheque.

I would a call back from the “Kings”: SALES AND TECHNICAL TEAM and let me know when can I get my refund.

Though it looks like a JOKE because in three months you were not able to cancel a connection I am preety worried how soon you will give the refund.

I am awaiting your reply and please DONOT send me a automated reply regarding we will get back to you.
