I had paid the subscription on 07/12/2011 and there is no telecast. Called customer care and a personnel came today [10/12] and after spending some time told us to call customer care to ask them to refresh. When called the entry is through the 12 digit number. Now, the recorded voice says that my number is invalid and there are no option to talk to a executive to put forth this complaint or no mail id to post this.
