Non Availability Of Free To Air And Marathi Package Channels In Sun Direct DTH Service
My Smart Card No. is 41048985075. I am from last two years customer of this company. My channels are not been seen from more than 2 months.
For this purpose I contacted customer care many times . They still have not started my channels. The Customer care officers not reply positively. They have told me that, they will start channels in 2-4 hrs. after 2-4 Hrs.
When I called them again they told it will need more 2-4 Hrs. So n ow I have got irritated from sun tv call centre officers. The call centre No. is payable. The toll free no. is always busy. Whenever, we on our tv always we see the advertisement i.e. our technician will come to upgrade your systems,.
But till now they have not come. When I call Sun TV technician at Vapi No. 09913691091 . They told me that, we have no time to upgrade your system.
