Non Payment of Exchange Bonus By Hyundai Motors India

I had purchased a Hyundai car I/10 Reg. No. MH 12 GK 6047 from Garve Motors Pune in Dec.2010 asper the advertisement in local papers to get Bonus of Rs. 15000/ on selling my old car SANTRO from the same company. The Company promised me payment of Bonus after a period of three months from the date of sales. After telephonic reminders and letters no reply is comming from the Hyundai Motors nor the dealer.Even no responce is received from Consumer satisfaction division of Hyundai Company for the last three months even after submission of all the desired papers.

    Cheating customers- hyundai motors ltd.I had purchased one Hyundai Santro car one and a half years back from Popular hyundai the dealerofHyundaiMotros Kerala TYrivandrum
    While purchasing the car i had opted for an exchange offer of my old Maruti car with new Santro model. I was promised by the dealer that i will get Rs 10000/- cheaque as special exchange bonus for the car i exchanged.

    I had followed lot with the dealer for this cheaque to be received from Hyundai motors ltd. Now sinceyears have passed and i have still not received the amount.

    This shows the dealer do not care for their customers and are just want to sale their products.

    I will not recomend any one to buy any Hyundai products esepcilly cars henceforth

    The same story is with me I too have not got the exchange offer of Rs 15000 even after 1 year from hyundai dealer narmada Bhopal . This seem rediculous and shamefull for most esteemed inter national hyundai company adopted this method of fraud to sell thier cars .I would never recomend any body to buy hyundai in future.
