Complaint: SIR IM YOURS COUSTOMER R. KISHORE KUMAR WE HAD BUYED YOURS PRODECT ONIDA WASHING MACHINE PURCHASED IN DATE 17|10|2008 A RAG BETWEEN THE WASHING TUBE AND TWISTER HAD DAMAGE.

    Dear Sir,

    I am an Onida customer. I have purchased an Onida washing machine (hydro smart 70) from your dealer shop Attinkara electronics pandalam as per the bill no:D 124, dtd 10/04/2010. But it was not working since 25/09/2010. I informed this problem to your authorized services center at PTA(Compliant No:10091766382612, dtd 30/09/10). A technician report here and checked my washing machine and he found that the PCB unit is in trouble after reporting this trouble to your customer care offices, the technician informed me that company now stopped this product and parts. So it is very difficult to replaced the troubled. Then I demanded for replaced my troubled washing machine. For two weeks there is no responds from the services center . After that I collect the mobile number of Mr. Kiran sabu co-ordinator from TVM and informed my problem. He said that the company is willing to replace my troubled washing machine by a new washing machine by giving an additional amount of 9000/-. But I am not ready to give such a large amount for replacement during the warranty period.
    I am fully unsatisfied with your company’s customer services. If you don’t take further action, I will go to the consumer court for justices.

    I REQUESTED FOR SERVICING OF MY ONIDA A.C. ON 22/04/2011.
    MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 11047996380854.
    FOR THE LAST 22 DAYS I AM CONTINUOUSLY REMINDING THEM FOR SERVICING OF MY AC WHICH WAS PURCHASED ON 14/06/2010 FROM AC HOUSE , K-20 B, RAJAPURI MAIN ROAD, OPPOSITE SECTOR-4 DWARKA, NEW DELHI-110059.
    EVEN THEY COULD NOT HELP ME.
