Online shopping cheated by www.koovs.com
I ordered “Sandisk 4 GB Ultra SD Card” from www.koovs.com on 29th Dec. order id is “385191″. till now i didn’t received product. i sent lot of mails, no one replying to that. even i called lot of times, they are keep on asking 48 hours. I attached screen shot with this mail. I asked them to cancel my order also, they are not doing anything and telling some nonsense reasons.
Please help me out to get money back and take the action against KOOVS. if you need any other information needed, please let me know.
