Outogoing Barred Even After Submitting Documents

I am currently an Airtel Mobile Postpaid and Broad band consumer.

I purchased another number from Airtel, a Pre Paid this time.

At the time of purchasing the SIM i submitted all the documents and photograph to the retailer.

After a couple of days i started getting messages that my service will be discontinued as I have not submitted my documents. I checked with retailer and he his saying that he cant do anything and is telling me to throw the SIM.

How is this even accepatble from Airtel. I have recharged this number for Rs 170 STD pack and those 310 mins have already expired.

Please look into this on priority.
