Paid in Full Products Not Delivered by Olivia and Will

I ordered and paid in full for a pirate ship bed, step stool, treasure chest, and storage drawers from this company on 8/15/2010. I was given a ship date of 9/30/2010. When I did not receive the products, I attempted on numerous occasions to contact the company by the published email address and phone number. When they finally responded, I was given a number of excuses about why the products had not been delieverd. I was told that there was a delay in the full size bed at the factory in Vietnam. I patiently waited and still did not receive the products. After hounding the company, I finally recieved the bed, missing the sail, in May 2011. I was told the other products (which were never on back order) were delayed. Again, I have sent several emails and left several phone messages without response. They have failed to deliver, now 10 months later, $799 worth of paid for furniture products – step stool, treasure chest, and drawers (as well as the missing sail). They still have a website with a current Father’s Day sale advertised with guaranteed ship dates for the same product. I either want my products delivered in the next month or a refund of the $799 for those products. There is nothing worse than explaining to your 3 year old son that the pirate furniture he has been waiting on for almost a year is never going to come.
