I have brought sony ericsion satio set last year aug 2010 but due it got non operational from last 1 and half months. I have submitted the same at janakpuri service center of sony ericsion .which is the most pathetic service center i visited in my life.i got commitment tht i need to pay 2300 as there is sme technical issue in my handset. I agreed and waited for some one month but there was no response after a month I hve visited again in the center and got to know it cant be repair as its motherboard is gone..its not even one year and brand set of rs.25,500 gone for no vain..can any body from SONY can be answerable for what kind compatibility you are providing to your customer..i love my phone ha paid earlier also..but now wen again i was ready to pay 7300 for motherboard can i body from this bullshit company will gve me commitment tht this will work at least for a year…is there ny1 who are listening or brand like sony is useless….now…its third time tht i got call frm your service center of janakpuri tht they do not have stock for motherboard even thou i was ready to pay..what kind of disaster service sony providing its nt evn a year and people like janakpuri are distroying image of sony but no 1 is bothered..i need clarification from stock and procurement department and M d of this company to give clarification on my compaint as with all receipt I would soon filing this on consumer forum.
