Pathetic Service of Sony Ericsson
I submitted my cell T715, since it had a display problem in a warranty period on 15th Jan,2011 Workorder no.: SE311RT310276.the service center executive(lady) gave me a commitment of 15 days. Even after a month i havent got my cell back.
Its almost 45 days now I’m w/o service.everytime i called a service center or call center executive are very arrogant and give me false commitment saying that the executive who gave me commitment of 10/15 days is not true but u’ll get a cell within next 10 days.
This is PATHETIC SERVICE OF SONY ERICSSON.
