Payment Made But Product Not Delivered by Timtara

I had ordered a dell laptop 6 cell battery on 26 December 2011 and the payment was also made. They have not yet delivered the product but the website claims delivery in 8-10 working days. It says “awaiting shipment” till now. No one answers the phone when i call and when i mailed they just say that they will revert in 48 hours but no one does so. My order id is 10157433. Please help
