Poor After Sale Service by Micromax Informatics ltd.
I purchased micromax A60 on 15 May 2011.and since then it have issue like dialer force close and outgoing voice issues (mic and all).
I contacted Micromac serivce center and sunmitted my A60 there on 18 june 2011, micromax people says it will take about 10 days. But after doing two folow up with then I got my phone after three weeks and that to be no change and this time volume keys are also not working. In the dialer list there were few entry stating that some one was using my phone before giving it back to me.
Could any one please let me know whom can I contact to reslove these issues.
