Poor After Sale Service By Micromax Mobile

I bought micromax A60 on 11th january 2011 and after four months my mobile started problem regarding charge it didn’t charged even if i put it in charge for whole night, so as on it was in Warranty period i gave my mobile for repairing in local micromax Authorized service centre ( Sohi Mobiles , Siliguri , West bengal.On 11th May. 2011 , my job sheet no. 7477) but customer care as wel as the service centre Harrasing me by not providing my mobile on date given by customer care executives. Every time they extend the time 5-10 days after promising the date when i will get feed back from their side and they never did this and extend date of returning my mobile from last 2 months .

    Sohi Mobile Said u have to pay 450/-, also said may be or not contact after 7 days, when i was gone the same day they haven’t any solution, but when i have gone other public service center they solved my problem between half an hour with charge only 200/-rs. so please reply what is this? you have to close this service center(SOHI MOBILE,SEVOKE ROAD , SILIGURI). Thanks

    Recently. I bought a70micromax phone. But it is getting hanged or the buttons becomes inactive whenever a call I do or receive.once the light getting off during a call after that each buttons become inactive but still able to hear that call but you can’t disconnect, u can’t do anything except listening to that call.
