Poor Backup by Battery of HP Pavilion Notebook
The backup of battery was not proper and and accordingly I contacted customer care and narrated the problem and my complain was registered as HP case ID 4624115765. After performing battery check I was informed that the battery requires replacement and it has to be done at my own cost. The battery worked hardly for one year and inspite of informing the company at their Banglore and Gurgoan Office by registered post on 30-12-2010 and also through email on 3-2-2011 I have not received any response till date.
