Poor Customer Support by Vodafone Punjab

I have started recieving call on my no.(9888001214) from vodafone customer care since 2008 for add on number offer.Last week when i wish to buy new no. Than i go for addon no. For this i went to vodafone store at sec. 35 c in chandigarh.

Here i met with Mr. Parveen(one of exe. In store). I submit my application on 2-7-10 to Parveen & it is conveyed to me yous no. (7837277100) will start working that day evening or maximum time 48 hr.

I regret to say that today almost 5 days has been gone Mr. Parveen angerly said me this no. Will start working by tomorrow evening & when i tried to meet store manager i am being told she is on leave.

Kindly advise me what to do in this situation & who fault is this parveen or mine.

Please look in to matter & do favour by active my new no. Till evening.

    I am facing the same problem again, since 28 Sep 2010, clip was disable, I went and deposited voter-card as ID proof at Mini store (Zirakpur)on 29 Sep 2010at 11pm ,I was told that this service will be restored in 4 hrs. request number # 2165789488

    It was not done, so evening try contact customer service from 4 pm to 5 pm but each person that I spoke with put my call on hold and disconnected the call . In spite of been charge call my problem was not address. (was been charged for RS 35 for it )
    I even called on 198, spoke with DAMANDEEP lady she did, the exception for me and barred my IVR for 198 , stating that we able to process your complaint
    (Detail of conversion could provide if action will taken )

    Is this the way that you like treat your customer , charging them , not resolving the issue .call was never transfer to manager was informed that there is no manager to floor every time I called In formed the

    Since 28 SEP 2010 , till date I was not able to call my customer , for which my employer has incurred a loss RS 6000 , had asked to summit , this amount or look for new job . Who will responsible for it?

    PLEASE PAY BACK , amount charge for call made to customer care , and amount that I have pay to employer

    I am facing this because I am with VODAPHONE had never faced problem with AIRTEL.

    I am one of customer using Vodafone connection(9888406890 ) for last one and half year , never had a problem , But for last couple of month I am facing a problem , in spite of depositing Copy of DL , ration card and ,Passport as ID proof but still my number is still barred 4th time , I have even visited one of your office in zirakpur ( mini store) to deposit my voter ID card , I was been Informed that since your number is unbarred you do not have deposit document , now again my number is barred .(he also gave me update that for Vodafone you have deposit your document every six month as per new role ).This number is for my office use if it is not working I might lose my Job. I neither want loose this number .hope you will do the needful.

    If I calling the help line my call is either put on hold and call is disconnect or not answered ,in spite of charging for service if this case then you should do something , that will change mind set about you as cellular operator. If you want I can give name of people that I spoke , best thing about that conversation, I was been told that there is no manager over there on floor .

    respected sir,
    this vodafone network is creating thunderstorm in my life..on sunday,i just received a message of some service activation,without any request from my side.and they deducted my balance with Rs 49.after that,i called to customer care n the executive guided me to call 121 and register for the refund of the service.i did that.121 said me to wait for 24 hours.when i checked my balance on tuesday,the deduction was still not added to my balance.i again dialled the customer care.but this time ,to my shock,the executive said that we cant refund u back,coz u were required to deactivate the service within 24 hours.now we cannot help u..now u enlighten me..what should be done..m just so fed up of all this….

    i had a talk with an Vodafone executive on 30/June/2011.i got an unsatisfactory answers from the executive so i replied no to the Vodafone message asking for feedback,and immediately after the message i received a call from an unknown no. who was the executive with whom i had conversation,he abused me and told me that from now my no. won’t work and since then my no is not working.my no. is 9988184841 and the no of the executive is 9646718364 and his name is KAMALJEET SINGH,he is working in mohali call center.plz help me

    Hi, we at Akosha have conducted a survey and according to that the result is only 33 % of the District Courts are rejecting the telecom complaints and the rest are still taking it and this is the result after the judgement of the Supreme Court in the year of 2009.     Respected sir,
    Iam consumer of your vodafone tele comunication and you provide me an connection having no is 8054936464 under relationship no 4.1194.00.00.100505 @ rent of Rs.125/-. I had visited at your vodafone care center Ludhiana millerganj three time bkoz my no was not working so after 24 hr services have been provided to me but then after two days , the same problem faced by me and then again visit and did the same. Now on 12/09/2011 i was again bkoz sim not working ,executive said me our system is not working visit any other day,i request them pls terminate my services now bkoz i have no time for u and they said what to us. I drop my sim there with letter for stop this bad to burst service bkoz i paid the bill without uses.
    Please help me i wont go there to kiss their feet.

    I have been charged Rs.450/- for an international call.I have not made this call. I have requested the company to provide me the call log, becoz, this fake International call can put me in any trouble, but they are not giving any satisfactory reply and call log, to verify the call, which I have not made.
    I have written Number of times to Compay’s Punjab vodafone care, but nothing satisfactory has been done. my reference number given by company is 184238616165

    Respected Sir,

    I am a customer of vodafone using the number 9888894446,n as i have lost my sim,so reported the same matter to your sec-35 store,chd,to 1 of the employee whose name is “Afaq” .First he mis-guided me that i have to convert my conection into a corporate connection.which i now got to know from your patiala branch that it was never mandatory, and then your thiz person told me that my no. will start within 24hours.but it neva got started and it iz almost 10 dayz now,the first verification gone negative because of some mis understanding,but den i called them in person and asked Afaq to tell the inquiry personnel to give me a call whenever he would be heading towardz my house because i stay buze in work n my schedule is reely tight,so request them to give me a call before coming,but they neva did call,then again i sent 1 of my fren to your 35 vodafone store and got Afaq’z no. somehow, and next day again called him to ask about the verification,but 2 times he put me on hold and just disconnected my call without telling which was reeally annoying on his part.and this is not at all done.and moreover not at all professional,i want you to take a strict action against him and tel him how to behave with customers.i will definately come to your 35 branch very soon and will give him a lesson that how he should reeally behave professionally.
