i am rajesh varma owner of varma general stores at vikhorli (w), Mumbai is a subscriber of your prepaid std/pco service having no.9702659412 been cheated by your distributor max cellular for 7-8 months whrere he was taking Rs.150 to increase the validity by 15 days the actual charges for which were rs.50 and now he is telling that the company has instructed them for not giving validity increase for the customers having balance amt less that rs. 1000 what is this ???????? ihave Rs.650 balance and they are not increasing validity of my number and forcing me to do a new recharge of Rs.750. when i contacted to your area sales manager Mr.Asim shaikh he also told me the same thing if it so then how would i recover my rs.650which still unused . iam totally frustrated by service and hidden charges by your company and distributor ( max cellular,pravin pavshere,bhandup)and above all he is not giving me any receipt for payment made .
I hope in my area in all there are 15-20 idea pco/std owners are there and same thing is happening with them also.
pls suggest me what action i should take .
