Poor Service By BDS International Packers and Movers
In last week of June 2010 when I was moving from Noida to Bangalore, I booked BDS International Movers and Packers for moving my goods from Noida to Bangalore.
It was worst experience I ever had. They took my goods around 27th of June, 2010. And they comitted that it will be reached in 7 days. After many phone calls and lots of follow up, the goods get delivered on 10th of July.
In this duration I tried to call every person whose mobile no was with me, nobody responded properly. In most of the cases they were not even picking up the phone just by seeing my number.
My goods got delivered on 10th of july, but i din’t get my bed. I mentioned on the receipt also that i have not got my bed. I am still struggling with them for my bed. They said that they will transfer the cost of bed to my account. I have been waiting since more than two weeks still i have not got money for my bed.
From this experience i will suggest don’t ever opt for BDS International Movers and Packers if you’re moving somewhere.
I have bill and insurance with me. Please look in the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
