Poor Service By Lion Packers Movers

I paid Lion Packers Movers for relocating my goods from Noida to Mumbai. Their service is so poor that more than 10 days have elapsed and still I have not got my goods. I have talked to the Manager at Lion Packers Movers n number of times.
They seldom pick up the phone. If they pick up the phone their answer is highly unsatisfactory.
