Poor service of Sun TV DTH

Ten days back, I was trying to recharge but coupons were not available. When I got coupons and recharged my tv was not showing any channels. I made complaint but no one came forward to rectify this. I spoke to one Sun TV person who came at the time of installation and he arranged to send send somebody and rectified for whcih he charged Rs.150/- which I had to pay without any receipt.
Again, I made complaint No.1-3104776020 as my channels are not coming again nobody came forward to rectify this. Fortunately, Sun TV technician visited my next house for some repairs and I called him to attend but again he charged Rs.150/- without any receipt.
What is the need of having Warranty period. Why they are sending the technician within 24 hours to address the complaints. Why are they charging money when we are having warranty. I sent two emails to customer care but there was no response.
I request you to take a suitable action and let me know the outcome.
