PVR IVR Ticket Booking – Transaction Failed but Amount Debited

I tried booking 2 tickets of Movie Chillar Party on July17, 2011 through pvr cinemas IVR system by dialing 8800900009, but the transaction failed and amount got debited from my HDFC Bank Credit Card Account. This transaction got cancelled but money got debited from My Hdfc Bank Credit Card. I confirmed this by visiting PVR Ambience Gurgaon Authorities in the Evening and they said that the money would be credited back in my account within few working days.. But Its been more than a month and the Money has not been credited yet to my Credit Card account.

I raised a disputed transaction request with HDFC Bank Credit Card and they now say that PVR has already claimed this money and they now need a proof from PVR that this transaction was not successful. PVR people are not just responding to emails.

I am very frusterated by calling here and there so thought of contacting consumer forum.
