Raising of Interest Rate on Flat Rate Loan by SBI
I,ve jointly with my wife taken a home loan on fixed basis on 26.4.05 @ 8% interest.But after two years bank raised my rate of interest from 8% to 8.25%, when i asked from bank manager he told me that this is the policy and raised by Mumbai office. Then i made a on line complaint on SBI portal vide CC- 1282208389655(19.8.10),CC- 1291108637192(30.11.10 & CC- 1308463297661 on 19.6.11 but inspite of thanks for online complaint nothing has been recioeved from bank. I want to know that what is the benefit for online complaints to the customer.
Now i want to get forward my complaint through your forum for early resolve my complaint and adjust my amount at the rate of fixed 8% interest. Thank you.
