Receiving unnecessary calls for the payment of bill already made
I have air tel fixed land line/broad band connection bearing number 011-45143447. The payment of this number for the last month i.e. Dec. 2011 was made by cash on 15-12-2011, at C-7, Fateh Nagar, Jail Road, New Delhi. Receipt No. 0131 for Rs. 800/- was issued to me by Sheebatel (ARC Name). Their ARC code is FS029. Transaction ID is 851478640. I fail to understand the payment that has been made a month back, for the same air tel customer care no.011-244955600 and 011-244955200 have been harassing me stating that the payment has not been made. They waste my precious office time by giving calls, and more over the person who makes the calls, states that I have to listen to him, use offensive language. I request you to take appropriate step to stop such unwanted calls and suggest air tel customer care department to update their data before giving calls to any of their customers. I think for air tel the customers are not important, if in future I keep receiving such calls, I would like to discontinue the services to air tel landline/broadband. Hope you will take immediate action to sort out my complaint.
