I asked a retailer to recharge my number with the GPRS pack provided by the company. Retailer inquired the about same from the customer care using his demo sim, there he was told that they a scheme of GPRS for 1 month for Rs. 99. Retailer recharged my account with the same amount. I used GPRS and bal was deducting from my main balance.i asked about matter from the CC. i was told that my account is recharged with some other scheme. I thought its fine, at least I’ll be availing the facility, but when i found that the other scheme is also not valid,as I am not in the same district from where i have bought a the sim card.

It was really frustrating, . In the amount of 99 what i got is just 500 sms. i don’t when my account gets recharged from different district why not i can avail the benefit as I’m in same state. the main issue is that after asking the the customer care representative the retailer recharged the account and then also i was provide with the other scheme. when i called the representative he was not having any information and he just the call up. what should i do?
