Registration certificate of car not given even 7 months after purchase
I had taken possession of Tata Manza car on 5th Jan 2011 but my Registration certification has still not been handed over. It is claimed that Rs. 500 are outstanding. This bugus, unfair charge has also been paid under protest by cheque enchashed on 11th June 2011. Still RC has not been given. Car is pending repairs after an accident and insurance company is not giving service on the ground that RC is not there. Car was purchased from Him Motors, Patparganj, Delhi, hypothecated to Kotak Mahindra and is insured with United Insurance.
