Reliance Big TV Cheating Complaint
My Reliance Big TV Smart Card No: 200772503657 I was cheated by the local RELIANCE BIG TV dealer, he promised all the channels i was getting with my previous service provider and more for a price of Rs. 150/- per month.
After having got rid of my previous service provider, RELIANCE BIG TV installed their service and later realised that not even 1/4 of the channels were provided and I was being asked to pay for the rest of the channels.
The dealers Cell no and landline numbers are untraceable. After having lodged TWO compalints with their sevice center No:18002009001, on 4th of May No: 125726383 i was promised a response in 48 hours, and nothing happened for 7 days.
I again lodged a compalint No: 1262749343 on 10th of May and was promised a response in 48 hours, Today it is the 19th of May and Reliance is still not responding and after calling today they are refusing to take a 3rd complaint and solve the issue.
RELIANCE refuses to take responsiblity of what os happening and I’m at a loss of Money as well as harrassed. I have total negative viewsabout their service and responses and discourage anyone for getting a RELIANCE BIG TV connection. Extremely Irresponsible on their side.
