Reliance BigTv Complaint

Product: No Signal For 15 days.No Service Got

Warranty: Yes

Employee: Reliance BigTv service

Complaint: Sir,this is dealer.I have a customer named Tuhinanshu Ghosh.His ID IS:200602134044 .He is suffering from No Signal for 15 days.I got a complain number:106492297.Customer and me call to customer care lot of time.But they are just take our complain several times and told us to wait for 48 hours.But Till today no service got.Plz,Solve this problem.

i have purchase big tv before 4 months. after 1 week ,it has very big problem about signal(poor signal)

This is regarding poor service by BIG TV.My Smart Card No 200739076477 and transfered from ahmedabad to Sahibabad,Dist Ghaziabad.I registered my complaint on 18/9/10 and still waiting for Bit tv to be installed.Its like barking infront of customer care.They are there is only to calm down customer with no results.Dam poor Service and worst behaviour.

i have a big tv reliance connectionNo.200790144256 wich dish was broken by the monkey. i have made various complaint since.30.10./2010 but every time the complaint was closed without attending the complaints. Since the two months have been passed & my reliance bit tv is not working, i am suffering a lot. Now, if the complaint will not attended within three days. Finally, i will knock the door of consumer court.

I have recharge my big tv account with rupees 300/- 5-6 days back but till now no signal recevied. I have receved sms of successful recharge of my account no. 200584339311 on the same day. customer care numbers is not working from the same day.

sir your dealer in kerala state phathinnamthitta district had cheated 5000 for a set up box replacement.my smart card no is 200568704059 pls give me the feed back.He is ignoring my calli am going to complaint consumer court if it not get shooted.

sir this s sudarsan from vellore tamilnadu india my smart card no:200582175968 i have pay rs 520 three months before to recharg to my account in reliance web world no11/1 officers line vellore tamilnadu but still now they did’t recharge to my account many time i have went to ur office my trave expences s rs 2000 and above till now they r not giving proper answer they r behaving like rowdys now im planing to disconect ur big tv conection and go back to cabel tv r sun dth send reply
