From last 4 months , I have not received my bills .On calling customer care no. they are un-polite and are not able to provide the solution. As per them , billing address has been changed but we have not sent any request for change in billing address . Without any proper documents/ request they have updated the Mumbai address while the no.is of Bhopal !!!

Customer care executives were not ready to listen the problem . Email id was also wrongly updated.

Every month they were disconnecting my number . This time I have paid bill in advance after getting duplicate issued ( not received the original)

Even then , I am continously receiving reminder calls …..

Really very very harrassed by the services given to me by Reliance
