Reliance Communication Fraud for billing connection
On 18/10/2010 there was call on mobile 9323971606 requesting to convert from prepaid to postpaid.On 20/10/2010. They send one executive and he collected my documents and Rs250 cash. Then after 7 days passed i called their team leader Nisha from Swyam Enterprises regarding for my connections but she started using slang languages and last she also abused me by saying that you will not get any connections and money.
For this I complained to Reliance costumer service and Nodal officers but they also telling that we are just escalted the matter but till now no solution. From their agency I am receiving several abuses from unknown numbers. But still Nodal officers specially Mr tilak chaterjee he is tranfering my call to Rashmi and she is just ignoring by giving me some fake dose.
Can you please help me because I think that Reliance communication is doing thiese kind fraud and they are cheating people by taking money and documents. Plz help me and suggest me some solution for this
