I just logged in to reliance gsm and i m facing this problem of balance deduction since the day i bought this card.
Rs.3 are deducted from my account every 3 days. I have contacted the customer care but no use. They just ignore by saying that they would solve the problem in the next 2 days. I do get a waiver of rs.3 later….but the problem isnt solved. The deduction continues…
I m just fed up now with this. I think I’ll have change my network but again i guess all the companies are the same.
So, please do look into the matter and take necessary actions.
