Reliance GSM Complaint Unsubscribe P2P SMS Pack Service

Respective sir,
I have a reliance gsm prepaid sim and its no. Is +919579399322 . From 18/08/2010 my balance is daily 5rs. will be atometically deducted . So i call customer care, then they tell me my P2P SMS PACK will be activated.

I request him to deactive this pack. They told me “your pack will be deactivated dont worry and recharge your account” after

2days date 20/8/2010 my balance deducted again. So i call again to customer care and talk with senior executive “IBARAR KHAN” This persons used useless and abnormal language.

He told me your prob wil solve in 48 hours. As per procedure, i wait for 48hr. Bt my balance is daily Rs.5 is remainin deducted from 18/8/10.

After 3 days they culdnt deactive my pack. So I register my complaint for “unable unsubscribing” coplaint no. 134988870 dated at 23/8/2010

my complain resolvution time is 48 hour.bt its not possiable for them.

I registerd 2 complaints at 26th and 31th of august bt still my balance wil deducted plz help me or give justice.

Sir,my reliance number is 09835046276.I talk with customer many times,he told me no any service is activated on your number .You can recharge.After recharging my number i deduct 5 rs.Then customer care told me two services already activated on your number.This is sixth time when i found wrong answer and loose my balance wrongly.Please deactivate all services.I will satisfied then when we recharge and we will not loose wrong ballance.Reliance customer care is not good.For more detail you can contact with me 09955227758.

i have recharge my new reliance GSm online.. twice in a day..
initially i have recharged with Rs 11 for sms pack activation after going through Reliance website but i do not get any sms from reliance.
After that i have called customar care they replied it is not valid now but their website is showing that…
what a fuck reliance website is….

after that i recharged with Rs 26 as suggested by customer care but now also i did not got any sms…

Just a hell experience with Reliance GSM on very first day..

Please no one go for Reliance GSM if you are going to recharge it online..

I have a reliance gsm prepaid sim(SMART) and last few weeks many my balance will be automatically deducted . So i call customer care, then they tell me” some computer problem so call me after 2 hours .

I Call back after 2 hours but that time they reply same answer (call me after 2 hours).
I found same answer from three weeks.

I used This Reliance GSM (smart) prepaid sim with 5 years.

Respective sir,
if your Company don’t want to give me a right service, please tell me direct that
( “Now My company not Abel to give you a legal or right service so you can distort Reliance sim card” )
Your Company have no any right to Tease me.

I am your Senior Customer plz me give justice.

dear sir,
sir i want to complaint against i have activated 19 rs sms pack but per month my balance 40 to 45 rs cut for this service why i call customer care but they cant response me my no, is 9827639693 WHY RELIANCE (GSM)IS CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMER WANT MY MONEY BACK. otherwise i broken the sim and other member suggest cant use reliance smart sim ok sir

i m oldest customer of reliance my no is 9548207894.on my mobile one pack “ghat pat” pack activated, i don’t know how it is activated, but i m sure that is not my fault, so the problem is that. I have called to customer care so many time more than 6-8 time all representative said that i have deactivated your service pack and also says that there is network problem but there is no solution ,no justice.
So i request to you please earlist dectivated my service pack , i hope you will hearing my problem.

sir mera no. 8103295800 hai mere mobile me kuch dino pehle company ne caller tune bhar di thi mene company me baat ki to unhone kaha ki sir apke mobile me galti se caller tune dal di gai hai apka bal return kar dia jayega unhone mera bal return kar dia par 22 dec ko mera bal phir se deduct kar dia mene company walo ko phone lagata hu to wo call nai uthate aur uthate bi hai to galat tareeke se baat karte hai unhone mera 25 tareek ko bhi bal phir se deduct kar dia kripya kar mera bal return karne ka kast kare

Unwanted balance deduction by subscribing useless plans
I had not activated any plan on my mobile ,though my balance has been deducted.And every time the plan is getting renewed automatically.I had complaint before and i got my balance back and they ensure me that this will not happen again.but this is happening again and again. i want to stop all that plans which are not activated by me.And I want my balance back.And please clarify why you had deducted balance from account automatically,and activated plan yourself without asking the user.
One of my friend is also facing same problem.We are deciding to change our mobile provider.

Respective Sir,
I am very unsatisfied and unhappy with the current services of Reliance.
Recently my a/c balance is daily Rs.15/ will be automatically deducted. I didn’t had any idea about the deduction, so i called 198 customer care. There i was told that a service called ” One97 One97Genilia15,M:Rs 15.00/P:Rs 0.00,07:40:For 27-08-2011”has been renewed to my account.
First of all i never applied for the service and further it was “renewed” , that means my balance got deducted for this service before as well.

And the worst thing was when the operator on the help line disagreed to acknowledge my complaint. Customer care told me to complain against him anywhere.

This has made my trust over Reliance fade out. Without the knowledge of consumers the balance is being deducted.
This is very wrong on part of customer care.
Please look the matter & deactive this pack and refund me my money back.

I m just fed up of this @@ reliance and their customer executives.this company is the great thief.they cleverly deduct the amount from customer balance unknowingly with the name of their various idiot service pack. And for our own money we have to beg before them that plz return the money. I got suffered 6 times.and the executives are real duffers.they even dnt know how to talk to customer.they unnecessarily make the arguement dnt listen to customer and use bad language.oye company do some relevant action. If u dnt have the passion to run this sim company put then a banned seal.atleast dnt iritate the customer.plz plz.

Many of service are activated which is not required costumer.

Reliance has the poorest customer service….the company has always been deducting money from our balance for unnecessary purposes….so..just break ur SIM n buy another..the sooner u get another sIm, the more money u save…

i try so many times to Deactivate and i send
100 Sms on last 4 months still nothing is change so plz Deactivate me

Reliance connection is the worst connection.They dont have any money thats y they used to deduct from other people balance.They are beggers……………the customer care peiople are the bloodiest people …they cant even answer right thing….Most bloodiest company is reliance….keep on deducting money …coz u cant run ur company widthout this…..poor beggers………………
