Reliance GSM Night Calling Pack Complaint

On 25 Sep 10, I recharged my reliance GSM mobile 9533535081 with Rs 69/- “Night Calling Pack” through a authorised dealer at HSL Complex, Naval Base. Very promptly, i received a message “U have taken NightPack 69 with FREE Night ALL R-R call, othr at 50% disc(30day).”

However, same night (after 11 pm) when i called a reliance no, money from the main balance was deducted. When i intimated Customer care executive their response was very vague and atrocious. The most annoying part was the statement that my money has been “Wasted”. They told me of a new policy by the reliance that night pack is “not” unlimited R-R free talk time (TT), but 83 hours of free TT.

On top of that if you consume/ exhaust this TT then one has to wait till 30 days complete. It is pertinent to mention that no intimation whatsoever towards exhaustive TT is given by reliance. If you being a proactive person, recharge your mobile before completing 30 days from last recharge then your money will be “wasted” with no value addition.

This incident is a complete “CHEATING” with the customer which not only causes “HARASSMENT” but also is “BREACH OF TRUST” that he has on a “Big” so called “Reliance India Limited”. Can this fraud be brought to justice??

    Reliance is Big big cheater, The same thing happened with me as well. But Their system is crap. Nobody is able to explain me:

    I have activated night pack worth 69 rs on my prepaid number on Feb 8, 2011.
    But from 11th Feb 2011, there are charges deductions from my main balance. and Please note that:

    1. I have activated this plan after completing 30 days of prevous same pack.
    2. I have talked on only 4-6 hours only after recharging the same.
    3. I have recharged only once, not twice.

    I have visited Reliance web store at J.B Nagar twice- yesterday and today, but they are not able to see my call details. I have called on hotline number(*359) 4 times.
    And each time they told me some system error.
    However they confirmed that my Night Plan validity is till 10th of March 2011.

    I have called several times to 198 but they are not able to find the details.

    Reliance is too bad as per my experience with the following facts:
    1. Executive always give execuse that “System is down”.
    2. They process customer queries in very slow speed.
    3. There is no call back facility. Each time I need to visit webstores physically to call hotline number. I have paid hundreds of rupees as auto expenses.

    I am planning to move this to next level.
    I have all the proofs, Please guide me If someone can help me quickly.

    my no. is 9590265262.i had recharged 69/-n8 calling pack on 16th aug 2011,after 15days it didnt work.when i called to reliance no. after 11pm my main balance got deducted.thatsway i complained to costmer care he took d complaints 3times n i got reply message dat yourproblem has been resolved.after dat also it didnt work.den i complained to senior executive officer he told me dat ur 3laks second has overed u may recharge it again.so i recharched 69/- again on 7th sep 2011,still it doesnt work.when i called 2reliance no my main balance deducted.i tried 2call costmer care it doesnt connect.really i m harashed.plz help me.executive always give excuce dat system is down.in my view reliance is very bad.my address:dhirendra ku. senapati,soundharya guest house,oldpump house road,channasandra-67,bangalore
