Reliance GSM SMS Pack Complaint
i,sandeep anand,mob. no.-7827414802, want to lodge a complaint against reliance gsm services and customer care executives.
On 26-sep-2011,they activated sms pack in my mobile no. and detect 30 rupees.i tried a lot to contact with customer care but either they were showing busy or they were not satisfied responds my call and deactivate sms pack.About 2 months sms pack renewed every 5-6 days ,i was also subscribed sms pack,which i didn’t requested.
After many trials,i could contact with customer care and told them to refund my money but i could only unsubscribe that pack.
Now,i am afraid of recharging my mobile because whenever i recharge my mobile,they deduct my money by subscribing any unwanted packs.and customer care no 198 not response.
please,help me in refunding my money and don’t subscribe any pack further.
