Reliance India Mobile Complaint
I am a customer of RIM being Mobile No: 9332983084.RIM is intentionally mobilemarketing their various products with sensitive “one touch response system” without any confirmation from the customers. On 12-10-09, I have surprised to receive an SMS stating that my “missupac has been actived with Rs.30/30 days.
Next renewal on 11-10-2009. For unsubscribe sent SMS unsub 1193 to 155223 (tollfree)”. I have never sent any request for activation of the same as may be revealed from my call history. On 13-10-09 I have sent sms “unsub 1193″ to 155223 (tollfree) which has been successfully processed.
But on query of my a/c. I am surprised to see that an amount of Rs.30/= + Rs.2/= has been arbitarily deducted from my account without any authority from my side and providing any missupack service to me even for a single day. Even they have also deducted Rs.2/= for toll free sms. I have contacted with their customer care (*369) and they have refused to refund the arbitary and unauthorised deduction from my account.
I want to refund the above arbitary and unauthorised deduction from my account and their malpractice of mobilie-marketing of their products with very sensitive “one touch response system” should be stopped immediately since customers are being cheated by this malpractice.
