Reliance Mobile Caller Tune Charge Complaint

I am Parveen using the gsm services of the reliance. my no is 9017064601. from last two day i am facing the problem that the amount from the main balance is cutting down. infact they have subscribed me the caller tune automatically, and they are stating that this service is desired by u.

but truth is that i have not make ani activations of this type of services.yesterday the amount was cut down 26 and today morning i got the message that CRBT services have been activated for 30Rs for 30 days ,i have not activated this type of servce.i talked to Mr Rajpal yesterday he replied me angerly that the amount will not be give back at anicost .

so sir please make the possible way out of it i need my balance back.

    Hi Parveen, The problem you are facing is faced by many others and usually
    it happens when you receive a call that asks to to press 1,2 or 3 etc OR
    when you reply to some SMS or some kid or friend in your house or office
    does it with your phone. There are rate chances that some telecom company
    will do it on their own. But they do try to sell over sell these tune and
    keep bothering you with messages and calls about activating caller tunes ,
    cricket updates etc.

    Now that the service has been activated, the first thing you should do is to
    un-subscribe to this service. Usually one can do it by sending SMS to some
    number etc. Do it, and then if you feel that you had never activated the
    service, then fight for refund and if that does not happen, just change the
    telecom service provider preferably to Vodafone. Also make sure to
    register your number to NDNC from your telecom company’s website or by
    sending SMS to 1909. This will ensure that you don’t get marketing calls or
    SMS in future.
