Reliance Recharge Issues
This is in regards the complaint against of Reliance GSM Service.I have recharged twice from the Reliance first id did it in the morning on 11/7/2011 at 5.45 a.m..My Credit card was swiped at that time but the recharge was cancelled at that time from the Reliance End.I called the Customer Service , spoke to Suraj and he said it will take 24 hours to update. I again recharge my phone arround 9 p.m. with the same recharge amount.Still no response.As from 8th November it will be Rs799 for this recharge. Can you please put some light in this scenerio that why does reliance is doing that and now this time when i called tech support . Supervisor Madan Hung up on me.
