Repeated Rejection by Loop Mobile for My Portability Request

I am a subscriber of loop mobile post paid service for last 8 years. Due to deteriorating service and less network coverage I wanted to opt out of Loop Mobile and take post paid service of another service provider through number portability route.

I am being trying for number portability since March 16th 2011. Till date Loop Mobile has rejected my portability request 6 times due to one reason or other. First of all it was that I have activated value added service. I called up the helpdesk and deactivated all the value added services. Next time the reason was my bill is outstanding (this is despite the fact that I had a deposit of Rs.3500/- with Loop Mobile). Then I have paid bill in excess about i.e. against the outstanding of Rs.700 I have paid Rs.1500/-.

Still my request is getting rejected and I am being harassed unnecessarily. The relationship manager assigned to me never takes a call and never calls back. I am totally disappointed by this attitude of LOOP mobile. I am also not able to use any value added service for the last one month as I am waiting to get ported out.

Request the forums assistance in this regard.
