Samsung Defective Mobile-Claim for Refund
You wont believe it was our first wedding anniversary and my wife bought a new mobile handset for me and it was surprisingly of your company- SAMSUNG-Galaxy I899.The set was a precious gift for me as my wife spent all her saving to buy it; The sad part of my story is i am unable to use this precious gift to its optimum.
There are several technical issues with the handset, Following are a few I am listing down.
1. Unable to use GPS services
2. Unable to either transfer or receive media files via Bluetooth
3. Auto Deletion of data /formatting of Memory card,etc
I made two – three visits to the Samsung customer service center and the hand set was there for more than a month,leaving me handicapped without my mobile.I still tried to bear the pain in hope to get the problem resolved with the efforts put-in by the service center reps. They tried with all the permutation and combination from technical point of view but finally failed to deliver good for nothing saying- they can’t liquidate my problem as it is beyond their technical capabilities.It’s all came back to square despite my seamless patience for more than a month,giving me unbearable mental and physical pain as well as monetary loss.Therefore I urge to kindly refund the amount made towards the payment of purchasing the handset.
